I joined cargoGO in 2017 as a Human Resources Manager. From the beginning, I had a clear understanding of my duties, but everything took on a new dimension when I expressed interest in moving to the Driver Planning Department. This transition not only broadened my responsibilities but also posed a significant challenge, providing me with invaluable experience, teaching me to pursue my goals effectively, and find the right solutions in critical situations. At cargoGO, I found a formula for success composed of several key elements: determination, motivation, openness to innovation, passion, and, of course, a strong team. These aspects have not only helped me grow professionally but also advance in my career.

In 2020 I started my career at cargoGO as Forwarding Development Manager. This position gave me a unique opportunity to implement creative solutions and engage in new, previously unfamiliar processes. My curiosity and eagerness to learn were recognized, and I was offered a role as Coordinator of the Forwarding Activities. This was a significant step in my career, opening doors to even greater opportunities. This phase allowed me to gain valuable experience, eventually leading to my role as Debt & Claim Management Team Lead—another important milestone on my career journey. Today, drawing on all the knowledge I’ve accumulated, I have combined two teams within Finance Department and am now Accounts Receivable & Controlling Team Lead.

Throughout my career at cargoGO, my mission has always been to enhance process efficiency and automate tasks to make work easier for the entire team. At this company, I have the opportunity not only to grow and develop but also to actively contribute to its success. I am grateful for this wonderful experience and for the opportunity to continue my journey at cargoGO.

I joined cargoGO in 2020 as the first expedition manager in the newly established expedition department. cargoGO gave me the opportunity to get involved in all possible processes, to lay the foundation for the expedition department, and to constantly improve our operational model. This opportunity was probably the main factor in my decision to join the cargoGO team. In the very first year of our department’s existence, we achieved high results, and as recognition for my involvement, I was promoted to the position of group leader, becoming responsible for the Spain region. We worked, expanded, and generated added value. A lot has been accomplished, our operations are more efficient than ever, and today I am responsible for the entire expedition department. I believe that joining the cargoGO team was an extremely beneficial career move for me. I value this opportunity and am happy to be part of cargoGO.

In 2018 I had a good tennis match with Donatas, and afterwards we decided to have dinner. I did not know at the time that he was the owner/shareholder of cargoGO. He asked me a few questions about my experience and my thoughts on the transportation business and how I understand the use of technology in business. Right away, while still sitting at the table, I was offered to join cargoGO as the Head of the Transport department. The whole conversation was very inspiring, kind of magical, so I accepted the offer. From the beginning I was given full confidence to do what I needed: implement new business software, hire new people, change the structure, basically I could do whatever I wanted as long as it was good for the business. This confidence and the way of thinking empowered me to bring out the best in me and used all my past experiences to take the business to the top. From then until now, I have used the same tactics and strategy throughout the organization – to trust and encourage people to take responsibility and act independently with courage to learn and make fast decisions.

I joined cargoGO 3 years ago after a friends recommendation. I will remember that first day for a long time. I didn’t show up for work on the first day because I mixed up dates and kept having a nice, quiet holiday. But the company was understanding and this did not have a negative impact, therefore the next day I started working in cargoGO’s office. A short time later, my work results were recognized and I was offered the position of Senior Transport Manager. My current responsibilities also included the integration of newcomers, mentoring, all kinds of support for the new transport managers and improving the efficiency of the processes. My main responsibilities were training and onboarding the new transport managers, which led me to becoming a training instructor!

My journey at cargoGO started quite unexpectedly. Before joining cargoGO team, I was learning Java programming and wanted to become a Java Developer. After completing programming courses, I realized that organizations were looking for professionals with knowledge in this field interns, but not interns. Quick enough, when my friend recommended cargoGO as a desired employer, I decided to work in the transport field. In this organization, I appreciate that words meet actions. I am grateful that my efforts and passion were noticed, and as a result, after one year of hard work and achieving my goals, I became a training.
