In 2018 I had a good tennis match with Donatas, and afterwards we decided to have dinner. I did not know at the time that he was the owner/shareholder of cargoGO. He asked me a few questions about my experience and my thoughts on the transportation business and how I understand the use of technology in business. Right away, while still sitting at the table, I was offered to join cargoGO as the Head of the Transport department. The whole conversation was very inspiring, kind of magical, so I accepted the offer. From the beginning I was given full confidence to do what I needed: implement new business software, hire new people, change the structure, basically I could do whatever I wanted as long as it was good for the business. This confidence and the way of thinking empowered me to bring out the best in me and used all my past experiences to take the business to the top. From then until now, I have used the same tactics and strategy throughout the organization – to trust and encourage people to take responsibility and act independently with courage to learn and make fast decisions.
Adrija Repečkė
I joined cargoGO as an HR Manager in 2023. From the very first days, I had the opportunity not only to apply my knowledge but also to challenge myself in new areas. My dedication and constant drive to improve did not go unnoticed – after just six months, I became the Head of HR.
This stage allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of team dynamics, find solutions in complex situations, and accumulate valuable experience that became the foundation for my next career step – the role of Group Chief People and Marketing Officer.

I joined cargoGO in 2020, when the forwarding department was just starting. It was a new challenge — I had the chance to build the processes from the very beginning, shape the team, and see how our work started bringing real results.
Over time, I took responsibility for the Spain region as a Team Lead and later became Head of Forwarding Department. Each stage brought new experience, great colleagues, and valuable lessons that helped both me and the team grow stronger.
Recently, I became the Chief Operating Officer, now responsible for all transport operations at cargoGO. It’s a great opportunity to continue growing together with the company — seeking optimization in our processes, faster decision-making, and even stronger teamwork across all departments. Joining cargoGO has been one of the most valuable steps in my career, and I am proud to contribute to its continuous growth and success.
Stanislav Gručkovskij
2019 was the year when I applied to one of the strongest transport companies in Lithuania. That’s when I joined the cargoGO team as a Technical Manager, responsible for the technical maintenance of the company’s fleet at that time.
As time went on, I was promoted to Senior Technical Manager, where I was responsible for managing the fleet repair group’s processes and performance indicators. During this stage, I understood that the company provided all the opportunities to grow, create, and fully realize my potential.Later, I had the honor of being promoted to the Technical Team Lead position – this role allowed me to see things from a broader perspective and truly understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration.Currently, I hold the position of Head of Technical Department, where I am responsible for overseeing the entire department’s operations. This is a remarkable period filled with new opportunities and the joy of growth and achievement.

I joined cargoGO three years ago after a friend’s recommendation, bringing one year of transport experience and strong motivation. My dedication to results and quality quickly led to a promotion as Senior Transport Manager, where I mentored new colleagues and improved team efficiency.
My passion for developing people guided me toward a Training Instructor role, helping others grow and succeed. As cargoGO expanded, I took on greater responsibilities and with the continuous trust and support from both the management team and my colleagues, I was given the chance to take on even greater responsibility — first as Lead of the Transport Group and eventually stepping into the role of Chief Transport Officer.

During my internship, I encountered a completely new field — complex logistics and driver recruitment processes. Step by step, I learned and mastered them. At the end of my internship, I received an offer to stay with the team — I was offered the position of Junior Driver Recruitment & Planning Manager. It was a huge acknowledgment that showed my effort was noticed and appreciated.
What matters most to me at cargoGO is the people. I feel valued here — colleagues often ask for my opinion, involve me in decision-making, and make me feel that my contribution truly matters.
