Responsibilities
- Carrying out expense allocation at the driver level and ensuring data accuracy
- Preparing and submitting reports to the accounting department regarding employed and non-employed workers
- Monitoring and tracking the recharging of expenses to group companies
- Communicating with suppliers regarding outstanding debts, invoices, and other financial matters
- Organizing the purchase of airline tickets and coordinating drivers’ arrival to Lithuania
- Overseeing the control and administration of ADR, Code 95, and medical expenses

- Experience in administration, coordination, accounting, or HR
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and ensure accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently
- Experience working with Excel or data management systems would be an advantage
Salary
1500 – 2000 EUR €/mon. gross
