Responsibilities

  • Carrying out expense allocation at the driver level and ensuring data accuracy
  • Preparing and submitting reports to the accounting department regarding employed and non-employed workers
  • Monitoring and tracking the recharging of expenses to group companies
  • Communicating with suppliers regarding outstanding debts, invoices, and other financial matters
  • Organizing the purchase of airline tickets and coordinating drivers’ arrival to Lithuania
  • Overseeing the control and administration of ADR, Code 95, and medical expenses

  • Experience in administration, coordination, accounting, or HR
  • Good spoken and written English skills
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information and ensure accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Experience working with Excel or data management systems would be an advantage

Salary

1500 – 2000 EUR €/mon. gross
The final salary will depend on the candidate’s work experience and competencies
