Responsibilities

  • Freight and transport management in the Baltic States and Polish markets
  • Organization and coordination of full and partial loads transportation
  • Communication and relationship management with clients, carriers, and partners
  • Negotiation of transportation rates, terms, and ensuring profitable operations
  • Monitoring cargo movement, solving transportation issues, and controlling transport orders
  • Route planning, market analysis, and search for new business opportunities

  • Experience working with the Baltic States and Polish region and with transport exchanges / platforms (Timocom, Trans.eu, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions and work in a dynamic environment
  • Responsibility, independence, and result-oriented mindset

Additional skills considered as advantages:

  • Logistics experience with Balkan region
  • Knowledge of Polish language

Salary

2000-3300 €/mon. gross
The final salary will depend on the candidate’s work experience and competencies + unlimited monthly performance bonuses.
