Responsibilities
- Freight and transport management in the Baltic States and Polish markets
- Organization and coordination of full and partial loads transportation
- Communication and relationship management with clients, carriers, and partners
- Negotiation of transportation rates, terms, and ensuring profitable operations
- Monitoring cargo movement, solving transportation issues, and controlling transport orders
- Route planning, market analysis, and search for new business opportunities

- Experience working with the Baltic States and Polish region and with transport exchanges / platforms (Timocom, Trans.eu, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to make quick decisions and work in a dynamic environment
- Responsibility, independence, and result-oriented mindset
Additional skills considered as advantages:
- Logistics experience with Balkan region
- Knowledge of Polish language
Salary
2000-3300 €/mon. gross
The final salary will depend on the candidate’s work experience and competencies + unlimited monthly performance bonuses.
