Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st/2nd line IT support for users across Microsoft 365, devices, accounts, and daily troubleshooting
  • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, including hardware setup, accounts, licenses, and access control
  • Administer users and permissions in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint, including groups and governance
  • Oversee endpoint and workplace environment: device setup, configuration, standardization, and lifecycle management
  • Support internal IT infrastructure (Active Directory, Group Policy, basic networking) and maintain IT standards
  • Handle incidents and coordinate with vendors, ensuring tracking, escalation, and SLA compliance
  • Maintain IT operations quality (documentation, asset tracking, processes) and support basic security practices and readiness for automation/AI initiatives

Sounds interesting? Here is what we are looking for

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles
  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Good command of English language
  • Solid practical knowledge of Windows workstations and administering Microsoft 365 (users, permissions, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange basics, licensing)
  • Understanding of Entra ID / Azure AD and identity & access management
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking fundamentals (VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi, printers)
  • Awareness of IT security principles and ability to work in a structured, organized way while communicating clearly with users and vendors

 

Having experience with these systems/processes would be a great advantage:

  • Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender
  • Ticketing systems such as HESK, Jira, Freshservice, or similar
  • Business systems such as Andsoft, Odoo, or Microsoft Navision
  • Automation-related tools such as Power Automate
  • Supporting multi-site or operational businesses with remote locations

Salary

2500-3000 €/mon. gross
